Parent Bullying Survey
All parents with students in grades 4–12 will be able to take a Parent Bullying Survey between May 23 – June 1. Surveys will be available online through Survey Monkey. Printed copies of the survey will be available in school offices and at the district office if parents would prefer to take the survey on paper.
The DEC will send a robo call to parents May 20 and 24 informing them of the survey. Information to post on school websites is listed below. School sites will need to post the information May 23 in the morning. The information needs to be taken off the website June 1 at the end of the day.

Bullying Survey for Parents
The San Gabriel Unified School District is conducting an anonymous and voluntary parent survey on bullying at school this year. The results of this survey will help our district address bullying issues; educate students, staff and parents; and promote an environment of safety, respect and belonging for all students.
The survey will be available online May 23 – June 1 at the links listed above. A paper copy of this survey is available in all school offices and at the district office if you would prefer not to take the survey online.
